We know that moving to university is a big deal. That's why we've built BOKZ around one simple idea: your essentials arrive before you do.

How It Works
Order your BOKZ any time before you start university, the earlier the better.
Choose your delivery date and give us your arrival address (university halls, student accommodation, or private rental, we deliver to all three).
We'll confirm your delivery window by email.
Your BOKZ arrives, packed and ready. Walk in. Unpack. Done.

Delivery Times
We offer next-day delivery across the UK. Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery the following day. During peak university intake periods (September and January) we strongly recommend ordering at least 3–5 days in advance to guarantee your preferred date.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time, but if you're an international student moving to a UK university, we've got you, order to your UK address and we'll take care of the rest.

Delivery Address Tips
Make sure your accommodation accepts deliveries before your arrival date, most university halls do, but it's worth checking.
If you're going into private accommodation, coordinate with your landlord or letting agent.
Include your full name and flat/room number in the delivery details.

Delivery Costs
Standard UK delivery is included in the price of your BOKZ. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Something Went Wrong?
If your delivery is delayed, arrives damaged, or something is missing, contact us straight away via the chat on our website or at hello@bokz.life. We aim to respond within 2 business hours during weekdays. If an item is damaged or missing, we'll send a replacement immediately — you never need to return anything.

Tracking Your Order
Once your BOKZ is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order directly in the chat widget on our website — just click the chat bubble and select "Order tracking".
