At BOKZ, we put enormous care into curating and packing every box. We want your move-in day to be one less thing to worry about, and that includes being completely transparent about how we handle things if something goes wrong.
Our Promise To You
Every BOKZ is quality-checked before it leaves us. If your box arrives with a damaged item or an item is missing from your order, we will make it right. Simple as that.
No Returns Required For Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or something is missing, we will send a replacement immediately. You do not need to return the item โ just contact us and we'll take care of everything.

Items that arrive damaged or broken
Items that are missing from your confirmed order
Items that are materially different from what was described
How To Claim
Just drop us an email at hello@bokz.life or use the chat on our website. Include your order number and, if the item is damaged, a couple of photos. We'll sort it within 2 business days and you never need toย return a damaged or defective item.

Orders placed but not yet dispatched, please contact us immediately if you need to amend or cancel and we'll do our best to help
